MY APPROACH

My classes are healing, uplifting, and heartfelt—never intimidating or performance-focused. I meet people where they are, whether they're brand new to yoga or have practiced for years.

Drawing on 500 hours of advanced training and 25 years of personal practice, I weave together:

  • Breath work for nervous system regulation

  • Gentle movement accessible to all bodies

  • Yogic philosophy for perspective and resilience

  • Hands-on assists (with consent) to deepen the experience

  • Carefully curated music to create atmosphere
